About Us
As Wageningen Board Gamers we are all about playing board and card games and making new friends while we do it! If you are even slightly interested in tabletop board games, card games, dice games, or anything similar, you are welcome!
We meet every fourth Thursday evening of the month and every second Sunday afternoon of the month at THUIS Wageningen, the open living room in the city centre. We also regularly meet every Sunday evening at our favourite Cafe Rad van Wageningen to enjoy a nice beer and game. All meetups are open for anyone to join, so feel free to bring your favourite games, or just drop by to say hello!

The Bored Board Board meets on this day, although intended as a meeting between board members, others from the community can ask to join a meeting if they have something important to discuss with us, or you can let us know if there's a topic you think we should discuss. Our board meetings typically happen once every 2 months, in the other months, we have a Game Changers meeting after the monthly Sunday afternoon at THUIS, which is more focused on community members who want to help out or have ideas they'd like our support for.

Information
Wageningen Board Gamers aims to allow as many people as possible to be able to join in playing board games. All the publicly WBG-organized board game sessions at Thuis Wageningen or het Rad are open to all, that simple. There are no costs and no obligations, although you can always make a voluntary donation to Thuis and you are required to buy your own drinks at het Rad. You can follow us on Facebook, join the Facebook group, or join us on Discord to hear news about public sessions and weekends and arrange game sessions. If you want to be more involved with the Wageningen Board Gamers you can become a “Meeple”.
