Spiel is thé annual board gaming convention in the Messe of Essen. With about 80.000 m2 and over 1000 new games from 50 different countries, it is the biggest international board gaming convention of the world. Each year about 190.000 board game fanatics travel to Essen to play the newest board games for 4 days straight, and of course to buy some new additions to their collections.

This year the Wageningen Board Gamers will be going again to Spiel 2019 in Essen. Around 30 of us will be playing and buying games between the 24th and 27th of October.
